An incredible victory by an incredible talent. Hopefully the British media will start to realise what we have in Mark Cavendish and give him the column inches he deserves.

So Cav's been working with this guy...he couldn't have chosen a better mentor. Zabel's palmares speaks volumes for his talent and dedication but it was his enthusiasm for just riding a bike that always shone through and made him such a fan favourite. Maybe Cav will get a spirit level haircut too?
